Not sure what this is been fine all day at work but since about 5 today
I feel like I'm getting small little sharp pains around the body I feel nauseous and because of that now panicky I feel abit unwell as well not sure wat this is bui don't like it

Mmm well to be fair I had wine gums today and they gave ,e heartburn straight away you think this could be the cause ??
