Hey guys thought I'd share this and if anyone has had this before....

Last night after a busy day at work I was at home felt a bit anxious and yeah all of a sudden I got a rush of anxiety and my face felt like it was on fire.... I felt fine elsewhere but my face went bright red and felt hot... My ears also.... It went after about 10 minutes....

Just thought of ask if others had felt the same.

Oh yes. That's a bit of blushing I suppose. You probably went very red also. People's ears are said to burn in danger as well..
