I have had about a month there where I felt really quite anxious again, and have now started getting skipped beats all day long. Funnily enough what I was originally feeling anxious about is no longer bothering me and I am now worried sick about these skipped beats that have been going on every day for the last 2 wks 🙈 I have had this before a few years ago and was in quite a state about it but managed to calm down after the Dr gave me some diazepam, they eventually went away. The thing that is worrying me this time is because I notice them more after my heart is slowing after doing any kind of exercise, it has put me off exercising which has made me feel worse as I always feel good after a workout. So because I am getting them after exercise I obviously googled and well nothing good came up. I am going on holiday tomorrow and can't even bring myself to look forward to it as I keep thinking something will happen when I'm in abroad in another country, and I feel bad as my children are so excited and I am finding it hard to be enthusiastic thinking the worst.
Has anyone had skipped beats that were really more noticeable after exercising, or just skipped beats all day long? I had my first panic attack last night too and I haven't had one in over a year where I wake up feeling strange and panicky then my heart starts racing... that's not really helped me either! has anyone had any experience of this?
