Has anybody noticed this after a small in irease in Sertraline

Hello, I have been on Sertraline for anxiety for a few years but recently noticed I was staring to get anxious again. Talked to my GP who suggested we increase from 50 to 75. As I has a hard time when I originally started on them I decided to go up slowly so increased to 62.5mg. All good for first week then I started feeling really jittery and anxious and my appetite disappeared. These were my main side effects when I first went onto Sertraline. I'm now 2 weeks in and still getting these feelings on and off, I feel OK ish for a couple of hours then suddenly that feeling starts in my stomach then I feel very fearful and jittery. Has anybody else noticed their symptoms worsen at different times of the day?

Side effects can fluctuate throughout the day when adjusting meds. Have you talked to your GP about it?

I'm in the UK and it's so hard to get appointments to see a GP I have one for next week but probably by then the side effects will have settled. I'm really interested in why the symptoms are worse at various times of the day.
