    Anxious after fall

Hi I'm a 23f take no medication and would consider myself fairly healthy.
2 days ago I slipped on some ice and hit my bum. I feel fine physically but I have SEVERE health anxiety and am now afraid that I hit my head and don't remember it? I didn't have any pain in the back of my head at all, no real headache apart from after crying, and no bump.
I went to my local doctor about 30 mins after I fell who checked for signs of concussion and everything was perfect.
I feel fine just very anxious. So basically I think I'm asking would it have been possible for me to hit my head and not remember? The whole thing happened very quickly but I remember falling and getting up striaght away.
    Thanks guys

If you hit your head, there'd be a painful spot there. Use your logic brain.

I'm quite clumsy and hit my head a lot. I've hit it hard on the edges of cab doors, ceiling beams and once a full sized glider aircraft. It's absolutely not something you can be mistaken about.
