This is a new one for me, but I was having a look at my throat and found some tonsil stones buried deep behind this circled bit. I do not have the same circled but on the other side and I have googled and am terrified it is cancer!! Does this look sinister or like it’s normal anatomy? I don’t know if I’m seeing things anymore :( It feels firmer than everything el
