I'm due to start group therapy on Monday and am wondering if anyone has any success stories or tips. I'm quite open to the whole idea so please no comments about how it didn't work for you etc.

I've been in a group for four weeks now. It's interesting sharing ideas and thoughts - you don't have to participate but I found it helpful. I was very wary of it at first being a very private, almost reclusive person but yes, it was good. My last group session is this Thursday, and next week it's a final telephone one-to-one consultation.
The group therapy session I go to in on going, you can come and please as you want.
You don't have to say anything if you don't want to.
I am giving miine a break as I have one to one therapy and she does not want to get mixed messages which is fine
I liked it, I found it very helpful to be with people who were as worried as me!

At least I don't need to worry about looking stupid if I do have a panic attack, we'll all be in the same boat!
