Things are tough right now but you're not powerless.
Remind yourself that the panic you feel is just adrenaline - just a chemical, a harmless physical symptom.
It helps me to imagine the feelings as a physical thing - so I picture a puddle of adrenaline in front of me. When you can put it into images, it's not so scary.
I also have a mantra, "do your worst". Once you stop fighting the feelings and actually invite them in, they lose their power over you.
