I'm so sorry you are feeling like this atm :(
Personally I know that my feelings and thoughts have a lot to do with how healthy and happy I feel; when I am worried or stressed about something it really seems to play havoc on my digestive system, and I get bad nausea.
I have been trying relaxation techniques as well as eating healthily and exercising, I also feel like cutting out gluten and nearly-all dairy has made a massive improvement on my nausea, which used to be severe and nearly daily.. I have had to miss a lot of time off work due to it in the past
