    Smile heart

    when you are resting can u sometimes see your heart gentlly going up & down slow in your chest. & when i walk wich i walk fast & your hearts beating after well just after a few minutes it returns back to normal. i read somewere that was ok. not sure though. im all different emotions at the moment. (LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST & THANK THE LORD FOR EACH DAY)
