    Mirtazapine Brain fog

I have been taking Mirtazapine 15mg for 5 days now. Taking it for severe anxiety not for asleep. Since been taking it I have felt "foggy headed" rather like being a bit spaced out, concentration is poor not as sharp as i usually was before taking it. This lasts all day. I can understand can expect this when not on it for long but do these sensations ever go away when on it i.e.is it just just a characteristic of it so I will always feel this way?? I am a computer programmer and need tohave a sharp mind. I finding it so hard trying to work when feeeling like this. I have had other issues with this med regarding tinittus which I have mentioned in another thread. Its not giving me much confidece that this is the med to combat my anxiety.
