help with relaxation

hi, ive just started taking citalopram 20mg on monday and am really struggling to relax, my head just feels like its going a hundred miles an hour and i keep waking up in the early hours of the morning. has anyone got any recomendations on cds or books or exercises on how to relax my poor little head. thanks

hi i too started this a couple of weeks ago and i kept waking up and was feeling shakey and all sorts... but it does get better.yoga is fantastic... for helping with everything. hav a look on a website 'play.com' for yoga work out for dummies. that is what i hav started with and it is nice to de-stress. and just keep on things do gey easier miracles dont happen overnite. unfortunately! xxx take care

Ron - have a look on Amazon for a Relaxation CD by a lad called Glenn Harrold. I bought it last week (for about £7) and it's been a good benefit to me thus far. It's a self-hypnosis thing and it does really calm you down. Have a look at the reviews and most are very positive.
