Anyone know a good therapist?

I live in NW London and desperate to find a good therapist pref one that does CBT.
Does anyone have any recommendations?

I do know one in SE London (!) but I don't know that she's doing private practice at the moment.

Are you thinking of going private? Your best bet is probably to check out the BABCP website

and click on 'find a therapist'. You put in your postcode and it will give you a list of CBTherapists in your area.

There is a service I used who have offices at Monument and Victoria - website is:

They aren't cheap (it was £85 per hour when I went), but was one of the cheaper ones I found in London.

what about asking your doctor to referr you to the priory hospital? in extreem cases the nhs fund the treatment if there is not available treatment on the nhs.

worth a try but if they cant fund it its £110 and hour in my area !!!!!!!
