Right - after patting my tummy and it still wobbling 1 minute later I decided it needs exercise.
Although I like exercise I feel awful and out of place at a gym. And I only like going to my safety zone
But on Monday I went to a keep fit class at a local church hall and I am , the instructor is not scary and I did an entire hour without freaking cos' I wasn't in my safety zone.
And last night I went to swimming classes. I can swim but want to improve my technique and it was brilliant. The instructor was really funny and everyone was really friendly. I can't wait for next week.
I know I blowing my own trumpet but it was so wonderful to do something new and not be freaking at the very thought of it and disappointing myself.
