tender breasts and very sore and sensitve nipples

I've had this pretty much for 3 months on and off more on than off! Does anyone get this? It cant be period related cause i get it when im not bleeding.

Im 22 and my breasts are very lumpy anyway, but they are swollen and falling out of my bra! x

I get sore boobs at different times of the month. It's just hormone related. Sometimes I get it before I ovulate and sometimes before my period. It's different each month.

I've never had it before but now its a good 3 weeks out of the month, I mean im not complaining about the bigger boobs but the soreness is not appreciated xx
