I didn't sleep too well last night between the thinking about the situation and the hay-fever coughing and wheezing. I went to the garden centre yesterday and something in there got me. It might have been the olive trees, not sure but it set me off.
No tan yet, lol. Still wearing too much clothing and a hat for the sun in the garden. Hands got exposure, lol.

Not the best place to go to with hay fever Carnation, a bit like me living near the country side, I have allergies all year round but I don’t know to what, that’s like trying to find a needle in a haystack.
Im finding it hard to sleep with the heat, just feel clammy all the time....
I don’t sunbathe either, that’s boring, I’d sooner be outside doing something, I do catch the sun easily though and go brown, not red....

I had a rough day with hay-fever.
We had burgers last night and I had some raw onion which helped with the coughing and managed a reasonable night's sleep.
It's not actually that hot but yes, it does feel clammy.
Lol, sunbathing is boring and I too go brown very quickly.
Cloudy start to the day, I believe rain is on its way.

My eyes have been really sore and dry with it all Carnation, sticky and murky too...
Its another Hot day here but got a breeze so I’m washing my living room curtains for the first time, just hope to god I don’t need to iron them as they are 90” x90” and there are two sets...
I think rain forecast here on Monday, so I’m getting what I can done now..

Didn't sleep great last night and today the anxiety is up but just plodding on as we do...

Morning Carnation, sorry you had a rough day yesterday, how are you today, maybe you had too much sun the other day when you spent all that time in the garden....My eyes had been awful and like you head pains or headache, not bad ones but just there...

I do think allergies certainly up the anxiety, then the anxiety causes symptoms, so you end up not knowing what is causing what...

Going to a vintage car show this morning, but will be dragging myself around and already auntie anxiety is with me. Xxxx

You wouldn't think I was the same person and was up early doing so many jobs the day ran away from me.
Can't believe hay-fever can make you feel so rough.
Definitely not too much sun, was out all day in it yesterday and it felt good.
