Colon c worries

Hey, feeling a little better lately, the abdominal pain went away again now that im calmer, it only hurts when im very stressed or panicking, the pain from my bottom subsided alot too, since i started taking the medication my doctor prescribed but still worried as i started feeling pressure or fullness down there, almost as if i have to have a bowel movement but nothing comes out, i read that it is common sometimes with internal hemorrhoids but i know this can also be caused by some serious other diseases.
Cant shake that something must be really wrong out of my head 🙁

Any sensation in your whole body could be caused by something unnerving. However you have a very good explanation for what you’re feeling and you’re in the care of medical professionals so do what you can to believe them. I’m glad you’re feeling calmer x

Ok panicking again so bad, the pain went away pretty much completely but im now dealing with constipation, i go to the toilet every morning, this morning i kinda felt like I wanted to go but due to fear of feeling pain again I didn’t, now I feel like I want to go but nothing comes out, my poop has been kinda hard these last two days too, could this be constipation from me being severely stressed? I keep thinking it’s bowel c, may I add I haven’t been drinking much water since Friday, basically I’m so stressed I forget to drink water and eat properly, could this be the reason?

I try to reason that all these symptoms have been coming after my bowel anxiety started so it must be that the culprit, but for some reason being rational right now is not an option as I just can’t bring myself to reason
