    Fell over and distressed

So, set scene. I'm 34 and was out with my wonderful boyfriend having a glorious date night when I stumbled on a loose slab, heel went sideways first and fell down rest of me crumpled. We inspected the scene, slab was very uneven and wobbly. Scrapped knee, bruised leg and bruised ego.

However since it happened I'm so on edge and distressed. What if it was a neurological thing? What if I fell because I have a brain tumor or MS. What if this is beginning of the end? Even walking around now I'm on edge. Thrown the boots away as they were narrow and zero grip and even walking on cobblestones today I was wary.

It was the slab, it was uneven and wobbly. Keep telling yourself this whenever you start to think it's something else.

Why does my anxiety jump straight to neuro stuff. I even felt my ankle go because of the pothole and then rest of me crumpled down. I'm a grown a*s woman
