Hello I use 60mg for Fibromyalgia and works for me. However I don't know if it a side affect or anxiety but I have constant eye floaters in right eye and now constant twitching. Driving me mad. Makes me feel rotten! But it has reduced the pain.!

I am also taking 60mg for Fibromyalgia and find it effective. But I have the same symptoms, very uncomfortable!

Didn't you switch from sertraline to escitalopram a couple of years ago because sertraline had pooped out? Is the intended switch to duloxetine merely for its potential effectiveness for fibromyalgia?
