Morning Carnation How you feeling today, I woke with the whole shebang this morning at 4, needed a wee, sinus headache and face ache, stuffy nose, post nasal drip..irritable throat, coughing, sore eyes, catarrh, then acid decided to join the party..and of course anxiety wasn’t going to be left out...,needless to say I couldn’t get back to sleep so stayed up showered, strip bed, done 3 lots of washing and pegged out, still got shopping to do yet...do I feel wide awake and full of the joys of spring....NO I feel crap but just plodding on through, but feel like I’m wading through treacle with lead boots on....Oh well at least the sun is shining...xxx

I didn’t get a sleep, I tried but just couldn’t drop off....
Its been a lovely day here, but very muggy tonight...
Still got the sinus issues, headache gone and so as acid but throat still irritable and lots of catarrh...Hubby had a cold and chest infection and felt really rough last week and I was beginning to think I’d caught that but I don’t feel Ill as such and I’m not aching like he was, hard to tell what’s what between colds, allergies and sinus issues as they all can cause same symptoms...
How have you been today and what you been up to...xxx
