Table of Contents

It would be pointless to simply list every book that was ever written on the subject, so I have chosen a few that I have either read or were recommended to me over the years by other sufferers and professionals.

Please do not instantly dismiss some of the older books as, in my opinion, some of them (especially Claire Weekes) are invaluable in their advice. Some of it may be dated but the principles are the same today.

If you decide to buy any of the books below then please buy them via our links as all proceeds will go towards paying for the Live Chat room and the Web hosting fees for this site. Many thanks for your support.
