Hey guys I'm 21 from the UK just introducing myself as I suffer from alot of anxiety, and always have done all my life, I managed to contain it until I got a hernia, and was convinced I had cancer for 2 years before I got diagnosed with a hernia, rough times, so I've alot of anxiety to release :P
