hi everyone

just a quick hello,
obviously im pete and live in sunny essex,i met the lovely trac67 and she introduced me to this site-so thx trac:)
have suffred with anxiety since 14 i guess when my parents split up,had it bad at times and other times ive coped but its never gonna go away -i just deal with it now best i can-meds or otherwise.

anyways looking forward to getting to know some of you
