Hi all lastweek I got drunk next day I woke up spaced out thought I was going to die now a week later I still feel like this? Is it depersonalitation/derealisationis? I can't take it anymore:( think am going nuts tbh got it 24/7 can't seem to get rid of it it's like am still drunk with out the happy feeling I went to the doctors on fri told me am ok been waiting over a year to go cbt my doctor contacted them and moved me up the list to get seen faster I have had this before but it went away can't remember when or how I take propanol 80mg sr one aday

Yeah sounds like dp/dr mate. I have it too.

You can get over it, I know its hard but you have to keep your brain distracted and stop thinking about it. Thinking and worrying about dp/dr is what feeds it and the more you do it the longer it will stay.

Trust me you will get over this pal.
