Katy my love,

What you have described there is exactley anxiety without a doubt 100% --learn to except that and the anxiety will eventually screw up and die... when you get those symptoms katy yeah.. try and learn to that they cant hurt you .. trust me once you do thats half the battle won.

Hi Katy

I know how hard it is to believe at times, but what you are experiencing is anxiety. I get most of these symptoms on a dialy basis but if I change my thought pattern and find something to distract myself then they will reduce although not fully, but to a state where i can function.

Please try not to worry too much.

Take care

Hi Katy - just to repeat what Darkangel and Ashley said - it is totally anxiety. I used to suffer just like you, all day and most of the night. Things are getting better slowly as I've stopped being scared (most of the time) of how I'm feeling, which stops the anxiety, which feeds on fear. Sometimes I can even laugh at how I'm feeling!!! The symptoms linger on, but are less intense. You will get to this place Katy, it will get easier once your medication starts to take effect and you feel stronger.
Try to keep positive
Take Care
Love Helen
