A big thank u to my nmp friends

Many of u know ive just got out of hospital ive goto say the last 2 months have been hell. I wouldnt wish it on anyone with me was getting bad chest pains, pains in calfs diziness, i really thought i was gonna die. I had endless trips to a&e and doctors. In the end things got so bad i went into hospital where i feel alot beter now not 100% but just taking each day at a time. Thank u to everyone who helped me x
