Red, Amber, Green...

Hey Guys,

My anxiety is now transferring into driving which can't be a good sign. My normal every day drive to work finds me at traffic lights which when red makes me have a sudden wave of anxiety, gotta go, gotta go i think to myself. I bite down on my finger to try and calm down - anyone else had a similar experience? Combined with my constant sea legs feeling off balance i'm getting really fed up! :wacko:

yeah... mine is with a digital clock. its sounds weird... but i ask a question in my head and the clocks last digit is odd than everything is ok. if its even i get soooo scared - like terrified and cant sleep than! hope this helps? :)
