Mary,

I am sorry to hear of the tragedy you have been dealing with.

I don't have driving phobia..but have a mild case of agoraphobia. I know that you can do it. If you can focus on the task at hand you will be able to get through it. Maybe thinking of the end result will help you out some.

Sending you lotsa good driving vibes.

Good luck,
Tina

Hi Mary rose, Sorry to hear about your loss and hope we can all help you through it. I am sure you will be fine with the trip to town and your son's flat but I know how you feel as I suffered from agorophobia because of panic attacks for about 12 months, I don't drive but couldn't use public transport or go shopping. With the help of my mum and partner I just took small steps each day and as long as someone was with me I was o.k until eventually I could face doing it alone and each time got easier. Can someone be with you when you drive to your son's flat? Have you tried bach rescue remedy I find it helps me if I feel particularly nervous about something. I don't have to use it alot now but always take it in my handbag wherever I go.
Good luck and hope it goes well. Stay positive and I'm sure you will get through this tough time.
Take care
Love Lisax

I am so sorry to hear you are going through such a terrible time.

You have all the positive vibes I can muster - you will get through this and we will all be here to support you. Somehow you get through these times partly on autopilot and because you have to and you will probably surprise yourself at how well you cope.

Loads and loads of love xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
