therapist recommendation

I have decided that i am sick of this andgoing to seek help, anyone recommend a counsellor/therapist in hampshire? I'd like to go on recommendation.

What's the difference between a councillor and a therapist?

I'm thinking of stopping seeing my councillor, but I'm not sure who for.

Im not sure...a counsellor gives you counselling i guess! therapist is like a psycharist/psychologist.

i need a counsellor that does cbt i think.
