yes, no panic , they advertise written programmes for £10

ok their website is www.nopanic.org.uk - they are a charity and separate to this site though we each refer people to the respective sites to help out.

I never did the written recovery but did the telephone recovery.

It is £10 per year to join.

If you mean the telephone recovery group then yes it is very good.
