Hi everyone, I found this site with Google, and it looks very helpful.
I have struggled with anxiety most of my adult life, but I have found in the last year or so it is becoming worse. I find it really difficult to leave the house now, and I had a bit of a meltdown at work last week. I have never seen my GP for anxiety until last week. I had a course of counseling about a year ago-but it was very expensive.
Anyhoo, my gp gave me a rx for 20mg of citalopram and a web address for living life to the full ,with instructions to return in 6 weeks.
I am on 3rd day of medication. Very strange.
