evening primrose oil benefits?

i have just started taking evening primrose oil a few days agoas instructed by the doctor. just wondering what benefits shud i be expecting? i read its for regulating hormones. anything else?

It does make your skin nice and hair .Also good for pain in breasts when you get your monthlys . Sue
