I accidentally scratched the head off one but within a few days it healed over and came back to its normal size and colour.

Why not leave it alone or it will be sore and scab over even more then you will be even more worried.

You're ok, My hubby has a weird black mole in his armpit and he picked it off himself, that was 4 years ago and hes fine.

He also had a mole on him that gradually went inside him, hes still fine, had it checked out and everything....you will be a-okay
