OMG i have to go to the family christmas tonight, ive become a bit agoraphobic because i think im going to die everytime i leave the house and no one can help me.
Im terrified to go out to this party tonight and ive been stressing about it all week, i need some tips on how to not freak out and start crying and thinking im going to have a heart attack or soemthing. Ive felt ill all day and i havent slept mroe then 3 hours in the past two days...i feel as if im going to die at the party. =(
any tips anyone please???
