finally im getting counselling

hi ive posted a few threads my tabs r startin to work im on cit 10mg been on them 4 weeks starting to feel a bit beeyer getting there now fingers crossed got a assessment for a theripist (i cant spell :D) and they have excepted me i go in 2 weeks just a bit worried i go my doctors monday and i cannot have diazipam no more after this lot and im a bit worried wat ill be like without them ? xx:)

It's great that you are getting counselling. I hope it goes well for you. You don't say how much diazepam you have been taking but I presume it was a low dose as you are stopping them straight away. If you feel that you need them, remember that your doc is confident you do not. Take deep breaths, try to keep calm and ride through any temporary anxiety you may feel that you do not have them any more.

thanks guys i went my doctors and she hasnt stopped my diazipam she weaning me off them im on 2mg but 2 in the mornin an 2 in the nyt was on 5 mg xx
