Hello everyone, i used to post on this site a few years ago, under the name of just katy. I am a fellow sufferer of anxiety and panic and a bit of agraphobia to throw into the mix. Its great to know there is a site for us where we can all talk about our problems. Its feels like a weight off my mind knowing I am not the only one and I am not going mad. So hello to all
