PLease help. Am now terrified of being visually impared for life. Something awful might happen. I have brilliant imagination. Have found out I have vitreous detatchment. Am "seeing" and getting loads of scary symptoms. It feels like I am in one of those disaster movies where only one man knows the meteorite could strike any day. I feel full of panic and fear most of the time except at the end of the day when nothing too bad has happened. i am in living hell

That awful feeling of doom and how to shake it off, or override that feeling with positive thoughts. I know that is hard but with practice will help.
