Last night I got no sleep whatsoever.
Partly becuase of my flatmate which I HATE. I knocked his door at 4.30am asking him to keep it down and by 5am again he had his music back on.
Today I feel drained, tired and lifeless.
I have to go to class to do a group project in an hour and I feel so anxious.
I have tickets to see a band tonight too but I dont even know if ill feel okay enough to go :mad:
Can no sleep cause fainting?
I have friends who take drugs, stay up till 6am then get up and go to work at 9am. Why do I feel so awful, I dont take drugs, I dont drink, I eat 5 a day.
I was just looking for some reasurence on things you have had to do when you have had no sleep. Like, have you had to go places with no sleep etc etc
