Hello everybody I am 28 years old and have had panic attacks, anxiety and sometimes depression for 15 years. Most of my problems revolve around health anxiety. I really have too sort this out now and think this website is a great place.:)

Hi Trying, you have found the right place, I am a new member myself (just about a week) and it has helped me in a huge way. The support you get and it helps to post things and get a response from people that are in the same boat or may have gone through something you are going through and makes you feel normal. Not having such a good time of it myself either at the moment but knowing I can look on here has made me improve such alot over this last week. Good luck and keep posting. Jo.
