Panicky then headache?

So I get anxiety when I have to drive in bad weather and we had quite the snow today. Well I was a little panicky and had a high heart rate while driving to work. Now I have a headache and it hurts behind my eyes.

Having a headache because of raised heart rate and BP for a small period of time is nothing to worry about right? I kind of had a head rush.

It did go away and I also took an advil. Now its 5 hours later and I feel like my ears are burning and this weird head rush pressure is back. I don't know what it is, but I feel like my head is bleeding or something...its very warm.
