Im debbie and have lived with anxiety for years...sometimes its been managable other times totally out of control. I have recently split from a long term partner and have lots of stress at the moment and the beast hass returned. Would love to talk to like minded people who truly understand.

Welcome, the beast as it were is back for me too! Sorry to hear you have split up with your partner. I just joined yesterday too and hoping I will find this site useful in my recovery. Take care.
