Hello everyone,

Is it possible to have anxiety without knowing it? I have days where I'm feeling pretty relaxed and yet I am always sighing or unable to take really deep breaths. I believe these are both symptoms of anxiety but could they be a delayed reaction to stressful situations that I had a few months ago?

its hard to say maybe its a mixture of both hav you seen docter about it
