I am a little worried as I have had a tension type headache for 5 days now, paracetamol doesn't help and I am getting really irritated by it now. My symptoms include aching in the back of my neck, tightness around my head and pressure in my eyes. Like I say paracetamol doesn't help and I don't know whether to go to the Doctors or not. I am taking 20mg of Citalopram a day for my panic attacks and I have been since October and I am wondering whether it is still a side affect of that? I also take Propranalol for moments of heightened anxiety but I don't take them very often. Can anyone shed any light on what it could be, I did think it may be sinus problems but I don't have even the remotest runny nose or cold symptom?
