Hypothermia

Ok, I have been in and out of rain all day.

I'm now thinking I have hypothermia, I went for a nice hot shower, and had a hot drink earlier but I'm panicing, I have a mild headache too and a bit tired but nothing else, I'm cold though, please help. I read that if you shower when your' cold it can kill you, is that true? please help

Do you have a thermometer handy? Take your temperature. Unless it's lower than 95 F (35 C) you're fine.

I'm sure you're fine, still. The fact that you're able to type on a keyboard means you have nothing to worry about. Fine-motor coordination is the first thing to go with hypothermia.

Just relax, take some deep breaths, snuggle up in a blanket, and put in a movie or something to distract yourself!

If your drinking hot liquid you dont have to worry
that wiil raise your core temp anyway
