Hi Will, I think Nic will come and tell you we just put a post asking who is interested and then arrange it amongst ourselves. You missed a great one in Durham this year which is on a trainline direct for you isnt it, we are hoping to repeat that sometime soon, maybe you can get one nearer to home tho.

Hi if people put forward a date and time and who is interested i am quite happy to have a meet up at my house again. The sooner the better for me.
What about Saturday 22nd April or Sunday 23rd April. Either is fine for me and would love to have a meet up here again.
Love Sal xx

Looking at where people would travel from, what about York? Its on a direct route from those locations mentioned.
What about the dates in April that Sal mentioned for a meet up/get together.
I fully understand if ppl are scared to travel by train but atleast getting to York by road is good also, as far as the location is concerned.
I'd meet up defo!

Hi
If its easier to meet up in Wakefield i can do that instead on the 16th September as i know my way around there better. Plus its as easy to get to wakefield as it is to Leeds and it would be quieter. Let me know either way.

Huddersfield or Leeds for me
Hi
My boyfriend (social anxiety sufferer) and myself (GAD sufferer) would both be able to meet on the 16th in Leeds. There's a really nice Starbucks coffee house in the centre which has a big upstairs with lots of comfy chairs. It's on one of the main pedestrian streets opposite the Borders, if anyone fancies that.
Looking forward to it already!

I was going to suggest Wetherspoons in Huddersfield
Hi
So we are set for a meet up on the 16th September in Leeds with the likely place to meet being Starbucks-alternative venues can still be suggested. Now we need to arrange times and all the little details-please suggest. We've had a suggestion of later in the day because it will be quieter but its up to you guys to decide.
Anyone who wants to come and can travel to this meet-up is more than welcome-just post a message on the forum so we know youre interested or pm me.

Atlast! A Yorkshire meet up.
I am considering meeting up but if I've moved out before the 16th, I doubt I'll be able to afford it.
Hangtough and boyfriend, how r u travelling to Leeds?
Glad I've got a Leeds map and what about a meet up venue idea of the West Yorkshire Playhouse in the cafe?
Julie x
Shall we agree on a time? People mentioned the afternoon being better. What about 3pm?
Julie, we'll probably be going by train to Leeds.
Hang tough
Hi
So can we agree on Leeds 16th September at 3.00pm at Starbucks-Borders, 94-96 Briggate. We need to make sure we get the arrangements exact so that we have a successful meet up! Looking forward to meeting some new people who have things in common.

Fab, we'll be there. Are we going to meet just outside so we don't have to go in and hassle random people looking for one another?!
Hangtough
Yeah sounds like a good idea to meet outside at 3.00pm that way we can find each other!

There'a a book signing at 12:30pm at Leeds Borders, on the 16th September but I doubt it'll affect the Meet Up.
Hi Ju
I've had a look at the Borders web page and you are correct there is a book signing there starting at 12.30-hopefully it will be over by 3.00 but even if its not it might not be that busy upstairs or if worse comes to worse there is another starbucks directly opposite the borders book shop where we can go if needs be.

It all depends how I feel on the day on whether I go or not, but I am looking forward to meeting you all if I do go.
Who is definately going?

It would be helpful if people would commit now as to whether they are going or not rather than people turning up and waiting for people who have no intention of turning up

I bought my train tickets today for the Leeds meet up and have now got some wet wipes.
Just a reminder for those who may not be familiar with the arrangements-the meet up will be on Saturday 16th September at 3.00pm meeting outside Borders Bookshop on Briggate, Leeds. Hope many of you can make it, it'll be nice to meet fellow anxiety sufferers.

I am willing to arrange a Meet Up in York, North Yorkshire for Saturday 21 October at a time that suits others. Any other date considered for next month.
Theres a Starbucks and Borders (inc cafe upstairs) which are seperate venues and are walking distance from Railway Station. York.
I suppose it will get dark before 7:30pm.
