does anyone have any good breathing and relaxation teqniques as i seem to get short of breath when i get panicky

Hi Clare,

One that I use is square breathing... With this you breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds.. hold your breathe for 4 seconds.. then out through your mouth for 4 seconds and then hold your breathe again for 4 seconds...
This really helps me but some people find this too much when their really struggling.. best to practice it alot when your feeling ok, so that you can slip straight into it when the anxiety starts to come. I try and take 10 minutes each day to do it to relaxation music xx
