Hi all,

I don't know if you do introductions here, just thought i'd say hi, and a bit about myself before I reply to any of your threads.

Im in my 13th year of agoraphobia, and panic attack dissorder. Didn't do too well in the begining, housebound, benzo addict etc. Now have been med free for 5 years, getting well ( slowly ) on my own. Getting out and about a fair bit these days. things are lokking up for a change.

Don't get me wrong, i still get a fair bit of anxiety and panic, just seem to be dealing with it a bit better I guess.

i used to use a forum a few years back, it really helped me get through some tough times, geeting off meds etc.

I'll look forward to getting to know you all
