New girl - Boarding School originated problems

Hello - just joined, wondering if anyone here has any anxiety problems associated with childhood experiences in boarding schools? Finding this site interesting, feeling pretty unsupported by the good old NHS, done medication, CBT etc, trying to swim on my own now finding it tough but not impossible, anyone in a similar boat?
