think I suffer from panic attacks

Hello All,
Im 25 mum of two gorgeous boys, and after suffering from a traumatic post pregnancy condition I think I now suffer general anxeity and panic attacks after having been through every test known to man to rule out simple partial epilepsy (non grand mal seizure kind). And they are all normal, Im sure this is what is happening to me. Mainly afraid of being at home on my own.
