Aches and Pains

Hi All

For the last three days i have been suffering from aches in both my arms shoulders and hands which can also go down to my legs. This does not happen all the time but on and off again and not for very long. I do work at a desk all day and work alot with computers could this by rsi? I am really quite worried and keep thinking something bad is wrong. thanks in advance :wacko:

could be rsi! not in your legs though i dont think, not sure though. do you drink much water? dehydration causes cramps and aches and pains. are you very anxious and tense? if so, it could just be tension! i have health anxiety and often get a lot of aches and pains all over

You can get rsi in your legs. but its not as common. as Jadey jade said lots of fluid. I also suffer health anxiety and get all kinds of pains and think there is something wrong, mostly my head and neck. Book docs if your really worried xxx
